New rules: Back to 'ol fashioned TTT.

Alright, we're going back to play TTT the way it used to be.
This means you shoot first, ask questions later (within a reasonable amount: too low a karma is an indicator you're bad.)

Ahh the old TTT, sorta...

I have played on the server for only an hour and a half and it's already got to the point of; round starts, I pick up a sniper, "OMG KOS PLUM HE HAS A SNIPER THATS SUSPICIOUS" and I turn out inno every time.
Don't get me wrong, I like the old rules but the half of the players think that suspicion is a reason to play counterstrike in TTT.

So basically the biggest and or only rule change was you can now kill off of suspicion and partial fact. But it most be logical and more than just "Oh he died by a deagle, you three have deagles *kills all*".
