Basically.

It's calling the function to start the rope. If you do something like (pseudo code..)

attack = attack + delay

it wont let you start another attack until after the time is up

im really out of it so i dont even know what im doing is right atm but you get the point

It would be the player's fault, and they should take full responsibility for it, instead of whining and begging to be respawned. Worse comes to worst, he's gagged or muted.

This. If they rtd and die, they can deal with it. They took the risk, now they have to deal with it. My only concern is the ignite from rtd. That can be used to spectators light players on fire...

Ah yes, the ignite. I don't know if there's a way to take out that function, but if there is, then it should be done like so. If not, then the extinguish command is always an option.

Ignite can be disabled. It might also be possible to disable rtd for anyone who is dead.

But I always loved getting stuck in place right before spawn and getting stuck in the skybox.

I have a suggestion we should have gta 5 skins why is because we only have a couple half life skins and a bunch of lord of the rings ones I think we should spice it up a bit with gta 5 skins (grand theft auto) and we should have a couple tf2 items

GTA V hasn't even come out yet, so I doubt that there are any skins for it.
